Balsamic Roasted Mushrooms Recipe
Balsamic Roasted Mushrooms are a simple and healthy side dish recipe perfect for Thanksgiving or anytime!
Ingredients:
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
16 ounces whole mushrooms
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients listed before mushrooms. Add mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat.
Using a slotted spoon, place mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet. Save the extra balsamic sauce and set it aside.
Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
Transfer the mushrooms to a serving bowl and top with extra balsamic sauce and parsley.
